Samantha has been working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor for over 10 years in Vancouver.
After graduating from UBC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2007, Samantha went on to complete a Master’s of Education degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling in 2011. During her Master’s degree, she was awarded a scholarship for highest academic achievement and most promising clinical skills. Today, Samantha is a member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada and a Registered Rehabilitation Professional.
In her 10 years of work as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor, Samantha has worked with clients with a wide variety of injuries and disabilities including: brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic injuries, neurological conditions, soft tissue injuries as well as mental health conditions. The majority of her work has focused on providing opinions relating to vocational rehabilitation for medical legal cases including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, aviation accidents and medical malpractice. Additionally, Samantha is able to provide vocational rehabilitation assistance for family law and divorce cases.
